By participating in the Bespoke Meetings Programme at Innovation Zero World Congress 2026, you agree to the following:

• You will nominate a suitable representative to attend and engage in all scheduled meetings onsite
• You will provide accurate information (in a follow-up form) to support effective matchmaking
• The number of meetings provided will be aligned to your sponsorship or exhibitor package (with options to increase)
• Your details may be shared with matched participants for the purpose of facilitating meetings

Innovation Zero will use reasonable endeavours to match you with relevant buyers and deliver your meeting schedule in advance.

If a scheduled meeting is cancelled, we will endeavour to replace it onsite or facilitate a follow-up meeting (including online where appropriate).

Innovation Zero reserves the right to amend meeting schedules where necessary and cannot guarantee specific commercial outcomes.
