By participating in the Bespoke Meetings Programme at Innovation Zero World Congress 2026, you agree to the following:

• You will attend and engage in the pre-arranged meetings scheduled for you during the Event
• If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a colleague of similar seniority and purchasing authority, subject to prior notice
• You will provide relevant information (in a follow-up form) to support effective matchmaking
• Your details may be shared with matched participants for the purpose of facilitating meetings

While we aim to deliver a high-quality and relevant meeting schedule, Innovation Zero cannot guarantee specific commercial outcomes.

Non-attendance:
Failure to attend scheduled meetings without prior notice may result in removal from the programme and a non-attendance fee of up to £250, at the organiser’s discretion.

Innovation Zero reserves the right to amend meeting schedules where necessary.
