The Exhibitor Zone is where you will find everything you need to help you get the best outcomes from your participation.
First things first - please complete your company profile! The more information you add the easier it will be for buyers and attendees to find out more about you and your products. Be sure you add your company information and social details, as well as anything else you think visitors to the website would love to know more about. You can also upload products, press releases, reports, videos and brochures. Use the navigation down the side to help fill out these parts of your profile.
Once your profile is done, here's a checklist of things you should also be doing to prepare for the event:
- Register your team. By this, we mean anyone who will be based on your exhibition stand. Click on the Exhibitor Badges link in the menu to do this.
- Invite colleagues and connections to attend as visitors. Use the unique registration link that we've created for you and you'll be able to see, download and contact your guests before, during and after the event. You can pick up the link from the menu item called Registration Link.
- Download and share email banners with team members, your PR team/agency, the central marketing team, internal comms team. There's a variety of banners, suggested email & social post copy in the Marketing Handbook.
- Take a look at our Marketing Handbook to get more ideas to help promote your involvement at the event.
