Zoe has worked in the wind energy sector for over 20 years, within turbine R&D, as a strategy and policy consultant and more recently within offshore wind development. She leads the UK Floating Wind Task Force and is currently developing the UK Vision for Floating Wind. She is also NED for the Offshore Wind Growth Partnership and for the National Composites Centre, part of the High Value Manufacturing Catapult.
