He is also managing director for B-hive Innovations Ltd, an agritech R&D SME specialising in technology innovation for fresh produce; HarvestEye Ltd, which provides insight for the fresh produce industry and Root Extracts Ltd, a food ingredient company created to market potato protein to the plant-based industry.
