Trevor Pan began higher education in landscape design. After a school visit to Dumbarton Oaks in Washington D.C. he decided to pursue landscape architecture, earning a professional degree from Colorado State University where a school visit to architect Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesin West also led him to pursue a master in architecture from the same school. Design, curiosity and building things have long been a part of his ethos. Founding BidBird has led to the shipping container "skins" invention and is another extension of that curiosity.
