Richard Colwill is the Head of Engineering & Innovation at InterContinental Energy. He leads a world-class engineering team in developing innovative strategies for green hydrogen technology and implements them through collaboration with project partners.

Richard brings more than 30 years of experience in engineering and risk management with a specialization in marine planning, infrastructure, and logistics. Previously, Richard was Managing Director of Critical Infrastructure in Asia Pacific at BMT Group, an international design, engineering, science and risk management leader.

Richard holds a B.Eng & M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from University of Liverpool and a Ph.D. in Engineering from the University of Manchester.
