Phil’s an oceanographer with significant technical and commercial experience across a wide range of marine industries. At the National Oceanography Centre he’s responsible for the commercial delivery and expansion of new technical and scientific services, as well as overseeing technology transfer operations to ensure that impacts from innovation are maximised.
