Mike is Complex Programmes Director at AtkinsRéalis and is focused on improving project performance and outcomes, including integrating sustainability into project success measures. A Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, he has a wide range of major projects experience including in nuclear fusion, land development, buildings, transportation and the water and environment sectors. He has worked internationally, including living in France and Qatar, and worked across the AtkinsRéalis global business in his previous role as Head of Commercial. Mike looks to how organisations can collaborate, enhance delivery and use outcome driven models to innovate and deliver increased benefits through project execution.
