Loes is a forward-thinking legal professional with an LLM in corporate law. While working as an independent legal consultant, Loes identified two critical issues: inconsistent reporting on global climate litigation and companies struggling to grasp its impact and meaning. This fuelled her creation of Climate Court, an initiative providing comprehensive and straightforward reporting on global climate litigation and environmental regulation. Loes further assists lawyers by consulting on (early-stage) climate litigation, strengthening their fight for environmental justice.
