Kelly Ann Ross is a sustainability professional with a background in environmental technical expertise and sustainability solutions. She has worked for a prominent agriculture company, where she created global sustainability metrics and commodity-specific decarbonisation solutions. Kelly Ann's passion for agriculture stems from her upbringing on a dairy farm in Nova Scotia, Canada. She has also worked to enhance access to clean drinking water in rural communities in British Columbia and conducted extensive fieldwork in East Africa while pursuing her PhD in Environmental Sciences at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich. Currently, she is the Global Ingredients Carbon Lead at Barry Callebaut, where she is responsible for reducing Scope 3 emissions for Global Ingredients procurement and is committed to achieving the SBTi in dairy, coconut, and palm supply chains.
