Kate Levick leads E3G’s activities on finance and resilience, as part of the senior management team delivering the organisation’s mission to support political decisions that secure and accelerate the global transition to climate safety.

Kate is the Co-Head of the Secretariat to the UK’s Transition Plan Taskforce and is a member of the Advisory Panel to the Glasgow Finance Alliance for Net Zero, and the Advisory Committee of the Mitigation Action Facility. Kate previously chaired the Policy workstream of the UK’s Green Technical Advisory Group, which advised the UK government in relation to its green taxonomy, and was a member of the UNFCCC Climate Champions’ Expert Peer Review Group.

Before joining E3G Kate was the Global Director for Policy Engagement at CDP for a decade, after working for the UK government’s Office of Climate Change and for BP Plc in a variety of commercial and environmental policy roles.
