Juliette is the Founder & CEO of Climate Connection, which hosts the UK’s largest monthly event for climate professionals. She has spent 5+ years in the US working in early-stage deeptech and climate startup creation. At Climate Connection, Juliette works with the UK government, Google, venture capital firms and a variety of players across the climate ecosystem to support startup founders and unlock more investment in climate change. Juliette is also a public speaking coach, having trained 150+ Seed to Series A founders in communication and fundraising. Finally, Juliette is a passionate advocate of the need for greater awareness and support for founder mental health resources, and is actively working to integrate resilience-focused programming into startup accelerators and incubators.
