Harriet Butcher is Head of Public Affairs for Centrica, leading the advocacy on Net Zero and Skills. Harriet leads Centrica’s campaign to remove barriers to heat pump adoption for UK homes and works closely with government to help drive policy for the decarbonisation of heat and support the transition to a more renewable grid.

Prior to working for Centrica, Harriet worked in Parliament for several MPs, including as the Maternity Cover for Siobhan Baillie MP during the COVID 19 pandemic.
