Mission Zero is one of few companies with commercial DAC deployments supporting carbon removal and the circular economy, and has raised over £30 million in funding from leading climate tech champions like Breakthrough Energy Ventures, 2150, Anglo American, World Fund, Siemens, and Fortescue. Shil holds an MEng and PhD from Imperial College London and an MBA from Quantic, and has 10 years of expertise in carbon capture research & scale-up. He is recognised in Forbes' 30 under 30, the Meaningful Business 100, and Diversity UK's Top 100 Asian Stars in UK Tech.
