Diana joined the Mineral Products Association (MPA) in 2010 and now has a dual role of Director, MPA Cement and Director, Energy and Climate Change. Diana has overall responsibility for the cement product group within MPA which covers environmental regulation, products and standards, energy and climate change and delivery of a range of innovation projects worth in excess of '6m. As Director of Energy and Climate Change, Diana leads the analysis of data from UK cement plants, modelling the impact of climate change and environmental policy on the UK cement industry including the UK Emissions Trading Scheme and Renewable Energy policies and managing industry projects such as the MPA decarbonisation roadmap to beyond net zero. Diana is also vice-chair of the Emissions Trading Group, which provides a forum for discussion and resolution of all aspects of emissions trading and uniquely enables communication between commerce and industry, and the UK Government
