Clémence is an electrical engineer by training and spent the first 4 years of her career in the O&G industry (including 2 on oil rigs). After an MBA at INSEAD in 2016, she made a career move in the cleantech startup scene. She joined a London-based startup using AI to reduce food waste where Clémence developed and grew the Data & Analytics team for a period of 6 years. In July 2023, to broaden her horizon yet while maintaining an impact focus, Clémence joined the Blue Ocean fund of SWEN Capital Partners, an impact VC fund focused on regenerating ocean biodiversity.
