Andrew has twenty years’ experience in delivering capital investment in infrastructure in both the public and private sector. He has held senior leadership roles in multi-£bn transport programmes and has supported both project and business leaders as an advisor.

Andrew is leading National Highways’ approach to the decarbonisation of the Lower Thames Crossing. He has made it a pathfinder project for low carbon construction, demonstrating that with the right leadership and the right partners, it is possible to achieve deep decarbonisation of infrastructure construction today.
