Managing Director of FlixBus UK, Andreas Schorling, launched leading global travel tech brand to the country in 2021. Now reaching over 60 destinations England, Scotland and Wales, FlixBus is the fastest growing coach provider in Britain.

With a background in the mobility tech sector, Schorling drove Lime Micromobility’s expansion across Europe. As the second person to join its European operation, he launched the brand into 36 markets in just six months. He also worked for ride-hailing tech company Gett, in charge of the brand’s service delivery across the UK, managing over 10,000 drivers.

Starting his career at Rocket Internet, the world’s largest incubator of online companies, he developed early-stage ventures in Thailand, Nigeria and Russia. All three companies went on to have multi-billion dollar exits.

Schorling has a Masters in General Management from Stockholm School of Economics and a Masters in Aeronautics from Royal Institute of Technology. He has completed executive leadership courses at INSEAD and the University of Oxford and has a Bachelors in Business and Administration at Stockholm University.

Originally from Sweden, Schorling was raised in Italy with a Russian mother, and has now settled in London, which he has called home for over 10 years. He has lived in seven countries and speaks four languages.
