As Head of Responsible Business & Policy at AAT, Adam supports the organisation's 2030 Strategy goal of building responsible businesses ' a goal in line with the charitable activities. Within that strategy lies a particular focus on sustainability, social mobility and open access to education. With around 50,000 professional members AAT has potential influence in hundreds of thousands of employers, accounting practices and their clients, and Adam therefore has a focus on both internal best practice and showing leadership to the membership through example and resources.
