Radhika Arapally is the Founder of Sustainability Kiosk, a platform dedicated to accelerating sustainability in the hospitality sector through its three pillars: Connect, Consult, and Educate. With over two decades of hospitality experience, including senior leadership roles in global hotel groups, she is recognised for transforming sustainability from a “nice to have” into a measurable commercial advantage.

Her consultancy has delivered impactful projects in operational decarbonisation, food waste reduction, and sustainable procurement, working with leading brands such as Minor Hotels, Millennium Hotels, and The First Group. In 2025, Radhika also became the UAE Representative for the World Sustainable Hospitality Alliance, advancing the industry’s global Net Positive Hospitality mission.

Certified in Business Sustainability Management by the University of Cambridge, Radhika is a sought-after speaker and moderator at high-profile industry events including The Engineering and Sustainability Summit and the Responsible Hoteliers Summit.
