Abdessalem Rabhi
Abdessalem RABHI holds a Ph.D. in comprehensive economic policies from Kobe University, Japan. He has more than 17 years of working experience at the Institute of Global Environmental Strategies (IGES), Japan, leading and coordinating projects related to sustainable development, climate change, and access to green/sustainable/ESG finance, across more than twenty countries worldwide.
Since 2020, his focus has been mainly on coordinating/synergizing the efforts of Japan and the Middle Eastern countries to promote ESG finance and green business matching toward achieving their strategies regarding the SDGs and the net-zero emission economies.
Since 2023, he has also served as a Program Manager at the Japan-led A6 Implementation Partnership, serving nearly 90 member countries, establishing strategic partnerships towards achieving their NDCs while ensuring a high-integrity carbon market.
