Nature is essential to achieving global net zero goals and building resilient societies, economies, and ecosystems. Yet, it is being degraded at an alarming rate—driven in part by financial systems that undervalue natural capital and contribute to rising global temperatures.

How can we realign capital flows to protect and restore nature—turning one of the greatest drivers of nature loss into a force for regeneration? This session explores how innovative financing mechanisms, forward-looking policy frameworks, and emerging technologies can be leveraged to mobilize the scale of investment needed to meet climate, biodiversity, and land restoration targets across the MENA region.
