To deliver on local goals, projects and the development of contributing technologies requires the mobilization of huge amounts of new talent. This session will explore the importance of structural foundations for delivery, what can be learned from other regions, and some of the new ways to deliver.

Particular emphasis will be placed on the importance of Women and Youth in developing the skills and perspectives central to the future.
