FROM ESG TO IMPACT

'ESG’ and ‘Sustainability’ are often used interchangeably, creating an illusion of change, and allowing organisations to lay claim to progress that doesn’t exist. In this session, we explore the crucial distinction between ESG and Sustainability and ask, in a culture so driven by ratings, indices and disclosures, ‘how can we move away from ESG towards genuine impact, and reframe what it means to be a sustainable business?’.
