01 May 2024
Food & Agriculture Forum
Policy , Investment , Supply Chain

COP28 has taken a significant step by addressing the issue of food and agriculture as part of the conservation around climate change for the first time in its history. Our aim now is to transform our food systems to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, enhance resilience and embed our future food security, while at the same time supporting the interests of smallholders, Indigenous Peoples and those who are most vulnerable to the impacts of climate change.

In this session we will consider the full breadth of the challenge we face in achieving a food system that meets future demand, sustains planetary health, and supports the interests of farmers, landscape stewards, corporations, communities and governments worldwide.
