Chris D'Agorne

Chris runs Life to Land - a family of web tools that make nature recovery simple and fun. This includes How to Rewild - a hub for rewilding guides, and Buy Native - a native plants search engine. With a diverse career, spanning everything from radio-tracking Black Bears to researching plant genetics and editing TV, Chris approaches ecology from an unconventional angle. While a Zoology degree from Bristol University was a useful grounding in the basics, more recent experience includes rewilding 3.5 acres of land in Somerset and visiting nature recovery projects across the UK with Ecosulis. Chris’ perspective is that a truly sustainable rewilding project must deliver value for both people and nature.
