Andrew founded and leads British Gas Zero, a new business unit within British Gas focused on accelerating the role the business plays in helping our customers transition their homes to Net Zero. British Gas Zero install, manage and support EV chargers, Heat Pumps, smart home technology across the public and private sectors, utilising the British Gas, Hive and PH Jones brands. Previously, Andrew led British Gas Services & Solutions Commercial function, spanning trading, product and proposition development, pricing, sales, marketing and digital. Andrew joined Centrica in January 2021, having spent the previous 7 years with easyJet, latterly as Commercial Director, having held a variety of leadership roles across Commercial and Strategy. Andrew's early career was spent with Strategy Consultancies ' the common thread since has been in applying customer-led growth strategy in operational businesses needing to shift to a more entrepreneurial, proactive growth agenda.
