Tom Dobson is Chief Executive Officer of Extra MSA Group, one of the UK's leading motorway service area operators. With more than two decades of experience across asset management, property development and infrastructure, Tom has held senior leadership roles at both Extra MSA and Network Rail. Since becoming CEO in 2023, he has led Extra MSA’s focus on customer experience, sustainability and the transition to net zero transport, including significant investment in electric vehicle charging and renewable energy across its estate.

Tom is passionate about the role that motorway services can play in supporting the UK's decarbonisation journey while delivering accessible, high-quality facilities for millions of road users each year.
