Following six successful years as Head of Commercial Development at Business Stream, Tom was appointed Director of Sales in May 2023 and then Director of Sustainability Services in January 2026. As part of his role, Tom is responsible for the delivery and growth of our added value solutions and services, helping our customers to effectively manage and reduce their water use.

Tom has over 20 years’ experience of working in a range of sales, business development, management and consultancy roles. This includes three years as a Commercial Director for Data Centre services company, Pulsant, working on both the sales and operational side of the business. During this period, he played a key role in the delivery of three successful business acquisitions that saw the company grow by over 400%.
