Stephen is a chartered town planner and energy consultant with over two decades of international experience in infrastructure planning and delivery and whole systems energy modelling. He is Arup’s UK urban energy business leader.

His expertise lies at the interface of planning, engineering and delivery resilient low carbon infrastructure. He brings a detailed understanding of planning and policy processes with a background in multidisciplinary projects.
