Simon Tranter
Simon has over 15 years of experience in sustainability and ESG focusing on both private and publicly listed organisations. He is currently the head of sustainability at the Howard de Walden Estate, a prominent heritage estate based in the west end, London. In his role, Simon leads the company’s net zero strategy and drives its efforts in climate adaptation. Additionally, he ensures the integration of sustainability practices in the development and maintenance of the estate's historical assets. Simon holds an MBA from Surrey University and is a member of the CIOB’s sustainability advisory panel. His work reflects a strong interest in innovation and how it can be leveraged to enhance sustainability in the real estate and heritage sectors.
