A proud energy policy nerd, Ross leads Instinctif Partners' energy communication practice focused upon helping the UK's decarbonisation innovators to tell their story and navigate an increasingly politicised energy policy landscape. In his spare time, Ross is a Labour councillor, Cabinet member for energy and decarbonisation, and executive chair of a pension fund.
