Ravneet is Senior Technology Acceleration Manager at Offshore Renewable Energy (ORE) Catapult, UK’s flagship technology innovation and research centre for advancing offshore wind, wave and tidal energy. She is also co-founder of UK based AI, and IOT enabled clean-tech start-up, Equiwatt.

Ravneet is a trained accountant and by passion a cleantech ninja. At ORE Catapult she is responsible for leading a Innovation Team developing and delivering company’s strategy for engaging with high-growth potential SMEs and supply chain in offshore renewable energy sector. She is leading on innovation programs and investment fund offering at Catapult. During her tenure she has directly supported 100s of offshore renewable business through set-up to scale stages to raise investments by helping them with business case, and technology development road map. She thrives in helping businesses in driving competitive advantage through innovation, advance technology strategy and speed of execution in high growth environments.

She was exceptional talent visa recipient in 2016, a highly competitive and prestigious recognition by UK gov. She is the winner of Entrepreneur of the Year, Young Renewable Energy Professional by REA, and Rising Star sponsored by National Grid.
