Rachel has been working in environment and energy policy for 22 years and has held leadership roles within several government departments as well as in the private and non-profit sectors. A common thread throughout her career has been highlighting and unlocking the potential businesses to deliver a positive impact, and in the vital importance of a regulatory level playing field in supporting this.
