Phoebe is the Green Finance Manger at The Royal Society of Wildlife Trusts, and in her role works alongside the 46 local Wildlife Trusts on generating new revenue through ecosystem services. Phoebe has significant experience and understanding of UK nature markets, including biodiversity net- gain, nutrient neutrality and nature-based carbon removals; and in her previous role, at Derbyshire Wildlife Trust, supported in establishing one of the first, registered off-site biodiversity-net gain delivery sites in England. Phoebe leads The Wildlife Trusts’ Green Finance Community of Practice and alongside her colleagues manages The Wildlife Trusts’ national biodiversity net-gain delivery frameworks and relationships with developers.
