Patricia has over 20 yrs water experience including private sector and civil society. This comprised global 18 yrs process engineering with Veolia (12+ yrs) and CH2M Hill (4+ yrs) in Australia, UK, and Europe. From late 2021, she joined CDP as Associate Director Water Security.

CDP is a non-profit, which leverages private sector and civil society action with disclosure to bring policymakers on board towards a net zero and nature positive future. As AD, she was responsible for operationalising the water strategy, including improving the corporate water questionnaire, sustainable finance, thought leadership, oversight and delivery of projects focusing on supply chain water stewardship

From January 2024, as Global Head of Water, she leads on CDP’s water strategy as it moves to scaling up water disclosure to record thousands of companies, integrating climate and nature, aligning with TNFD, and strengthening the financial sector water questionnaire.

Prior to CDP, in her process engineering career, she had close experience with evaluating and delivering on water-energy-waste technical innovations across diverse sectors including pharmaceuticals, biotech, oil & gas, food & beverage, metals, defence, and utilities. Also experienced in full cycle major multimillion ($) projects, including the AUS $1.1 billion (250 ML/day) Sydney seawater reverse osmosis desalination drinking water plant.
