Oscar is a Senior Associate in ICF’s Aviation division in London. At ICF, he has had the opportunity to develop a specialist knowledge and become a Subject Matter Expert on eVTOL and AAM through projects that have included a strategic advisory secondment at Virgin Atlantic Airways, a market summary and due diligence project for a leading vertiport developing infrastructure developer & operator, a multi-case market sizing for an eCTOL aircraft manufacturer and an emission reduction forecast for a hybrid aircraft OEM. He also represents ICF, participating in several Special Interest Groups (SIGs) in the UK and US with the agenda of furthering the AAM sector into a fully-fledged industry.

Prior to ICF, Oscar was a Future Leaders graduate at DHL Supply Chain and has a Masters with Distinction from Heriot Watt University in International Business Management & Finance.
