Nikhil Chouguley is a Partner at Reframe Capital, focussing on Sustainable Finance, ESG data & analytics platforms.

Nikhil advises on a $2bn portfolio of sustainable finance transactions covering hydrogen, hydropower, solar and blue carbon.

Most recently, Nikhil was the Global Chief Operating Officer of Sustainable Investing at Citibank, an ESG led global transformation program, where he designed, sponsored and implemented Citi’s ESG data, risks, controls and reporting infrastructure, resulting in a best in class ESG platform that generated $8bn of NNAs.

Earlier in his career, Nikhil held senior roles at Deutsche Bank, Fidelity, Financial Conduct Authority and Barclays Wealth, covering a variety of verticals in banking, asset management and insurance.

An entrepreneurial innovator, Nikhil is the founder of Resident Tax (AI tax planning and compliance) as well as TURN (Funds data on the blockchain).

In addition, Nikhil is a guest lecturer at a number of UK and European Business Schools. Nikhil is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant and has a Master’s degree in International Management from Strathclyde Business School.
