Mark drove his first EV in 2008 and was immediately struck by the potential for massive disruption in automotive. He led the Electric Vehicle team at EDF UK early on in the UK market, going on to develop a large-scale commercial Rapid Charging Hub programme for Transport for London. More recently he was Head of Public Affairs at on-street charging provider Trojan Energy. He has worked in every EV infrastructure segment and across every technology type and is focused on helping to develop the whole UK market. Mark has sat on a number of industry committees and steering/advisory groups in both eMobility and heat electrification, and chairs the EV Forum at the Renewable Energy Association (REA).
