Kristin Baker

Kristin Baker is Vice President, UK & Ireland Strategy & Commercial Transformation at Schneider Electric, leading strategy execution, commercial effectiveness and operational transformation across the zone.

With more than 15 years at Schneider Electric, Kristin has held leadership roles spanning strategy, digital transformation, commercial operations, marketing, services and P&L management. Most recently, as Vice President, UK & Ireland Industrial Process & Automation, she led the integration of the Industrial Automation and Process Automation businesses into a single organisation, creating a unified operating model, leadership team and growth strategy that strengthened collaboration, customer engagement and business performance.

Throughout her career, Kristin has focused on translating strategy into execution, delivering measurable outcomes through cross-functional leadership, operational excellence and digital innovation. In her current role, she oversees zone strategy deployment, sales excellence, pricing, government affairs and sustainability, driving growth and performance through strong governance and data-led decision-making.

Kristin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Iowa and an MBA from HEC Paris. Before joining Schneider Electric, she worked in IT consulting with Cerner Corporation (now Oracle), implementing healthcare information systems across the US, UK and UAE. She also serves as a Non-Executive Director of STEM Learning, a Commissioner for MADE Smarter UK and an Advisory Board Member for the University of Iowa Institute of International Business.
