Gediz has over a decade of experience leading large-scale projects, with a proven track record in the development of more than $1bn in assets, including water supply systems, subway stations, skyscrapers, and bridges. He is a co-holder of five patent families in climate technology and has collaborated with top-tier investors, entrepreneurs, researchers, engineers, and subject matter experts to develop and transfer technologies that address market needs in renewable energy. In 2020, Gediz was recognised by Tech Nation as an Exceptional Global Talent in hardware technology development. As the founder and leader of Odqa, he holds undergraduate degrees in civil and geological engineering, a Master’s in Engineering Management, and an MBA from the University of Oxford.
