Fred White is Co-founder & Chief Commercial Officer at DEScycle, where he leads commercial strategy for next-generation metals processing infrastructure that transforms domestic waste streams into traceable, low-carbon critical metal supply. He works across industry, investment and policy ecosystems to accelerate circular, sovereign supply chains for the materials powering electrification, AI and the energy transition.

Fred is also Co-Chair of the Circular Economy Group at the Critical Minerals Association, helping shape industry dialogue on resource resilience, recycling systems and critical materials strategy.
