Felix Grey is a policy team leader in the UK’s Department for Energy Security and Net Zero. He heads up policy development for integrating Greenhouse Gas Removals into the UK Emissions Trading Scheme. Felix was previously a PhD student and then researcher and lecturer at the University of Cambridge, where he specialised in climate economics.
