Dr Andrew Weld is Head of Research and Development at QLM and has over 20 years’ expertise in developing optical systems, from theoretical concepts through to commercially viable products. He obtained a PhD in Optoelectronics from Southampton University and has then worked in industry for several successful start-up companies on optical sensing.
