As a Chartered Environmentalist and Fellow of IEMA, the industry body for Sustainability professionals, Carrie has over 25 years’ experience in aviation sustainability roles across airports, air traffic control, airlines and aerospace. She has a track record of catalysing large-scale sector-leading initiatives throughout her career, notably with IAG’s Flightpath Net Zero, the first airline globally to make this commitment, and most recently with the creation and activation of British Airways’ BA Better World sustainability programme. Carrie is an established industry thought-leader with a background in driving ambitious and lasting change to improve aviation’s social and environmental performance and has built strong, diverse teams to help deliver her sustainability vision. Carrie’s passion for aviation, technology innovation and protecting the natural world combine as her motivation to drive business action as a force for good.
