Cantor is at the heart of governments work to decarbonise heating. Working with local government and the sector to deliver low-carbon heat networks that provide good quality services to consumers as part of a lowest cost pathway to net zero heating. A Chartered Chemical Engineer with a Master’s in Business Strategy and the Environment. Cantor has always been attracted to challenging projects and previously led implementation of the Thames Estuary 2100 strategy, a world leading adaptive pathways approach to managing sea level rise in London and the wider estuary. He was also involved in delivering the Thames Tideway Tunnel, a transformational project helping London to reduce sewage overflows into the River Thames. He has always been interested in managing the interface between the environment and peoples activities to create a better place for all to enjoy.
