Ayah has worked in energy generation industries (solar and gas peaking plants) and now works in energy distribution and transmission. Ayah leads the specifications, sustainability, and marketing teams at Wilson Power Solutions, addressing the role transformers play in the decarbonisation of electrical networks.

Ayah is interested in raising awareness of how different transformer designs can help organisations reduce energy waste and enhance system reliability and resilience. She is also interested in improving sustainability in manufacturing through ESG frameworks and reducing operational and embodied GHG emissions.
