Adelaide Morphett
Adelaide Morphett is an Associate Director & Sustainability Specialist on IFM Investors’ Global Debt Investments team, where she helps integrate the firm’s build-out of sustainability expertise and resources under its Sustainable Investment operating model. Prior to joining IFM, Adelaide served as a Vice President at Newmarket Capital, where she coordinated ESG initiatives and worked closely with investment team and business development. She currently serves as Chair of the Fixed Income Investor Network’s ESG Task Force and has held positions with UN PRI Securitized Products Advisory Committee, the Global Impact Investor Network (GIIN) Investors Council, and the IACPM’s Climate Risk Steering Committee and Securitisation Regulation Working Group. She has spoken at over a dozen industry events regarding securitization and sustainability, and she served as lead author on a white paper in the Journal of Structured Finance regarding the integration of ESG into securitized products. Adelaide completed her Bachelors in Applied Mathematics at Johns Hopkins University and her Masters of Liberal Arts (with a concentration on sustainability innovation) at the University of Pennsylvania.
