Description
Our solution can utilize any type of carbon-containing waste, including municipal solid waste, mixed plastics, agricultural and animal waste, wood and textile residuals, and end-of-life tires.
The process involves shredding the waste and feeding it into a reactor, where it undergoes thermo-chemical processes: drying, pyrolysis, tar cracking, and partial oxidation of carbon. This converts the waste into synthesis gas, a mix of carbon monoxide, hydrogen, and some methane. The gas is then used as fuel in a standard internal combustion engine to generate electricity. Importantly, no external energy source is required, as the process is powered by the energy within the waste itself.
Our gasification reactor is versatile, energy-efficient, compact, and cost-effective. Designed for on-site deployment, it enables decentralized waste processing, eliminating the need for waste transportation or connection to public electric grids.
